However, maintaining and delivering best product quality comes with its own complexities: ensuring seamless supply chain visibility, precise demand planning and efficient raw material procurement is crucial to optimising operations and reducing waste.
To overcome these challenges ensuring its sustainability goals and its ambitious growth plans, Flor de Caña decided to transform its operations by adding new technology to its supply chain. Rodrigo Sánchez, Director of Logistics and International Operations at Flor de Caña, explains “In just minutes, we can refine forecasts and get instant recommendations on what to purchase and when.
