Astro Lighting, the leading British lighting design specialist, has joined forces with Slimstock to improve supply chain performance and realise their ambitious growth objectives.

Robust Implementation Framework

Adrienne Dory, Head of Procurement at Astro Lighting, has been involved from start to finish in the implementation and was impressed with the collaborative approach of Slimstock’s consultancy team and their willingness to challenge Astro Lighting to improve their supply chain processes, as part of this project.

Highlighting the speed of the implementation process, Adrienne Dory adds: “No one believed it would be possible to implement an entire supply chain planning tool in just four months. Early signs of success

Following a successful implementation process, Astro Lighting placed its first order within two weeks of going live. And within just six weeks, the company started to get a taste of the benefits:
