After completing the functional management training, you will have the knowledge and insight required to support your Slim4 environment. As a result, you will be able to provide first-line application support within your company.
The functional support training course takes 1 business day to complete. During the training, there is plenty of time to discuss your specific business situation.
The application management training is designed for system administrators & application administrators within the organization. Experience with Slim4 is not required. However, knowledge of your company and its processes will contribute to the learning process. The training will end with a test and successful participants will receive a certificate.
