CTO of Slimstock since 1998, with a background in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam. Leads the development of the Slim4 platform, integrating AI and machine learning to enhance supply chain planning and ensure reliable performance for global clients.
Steven Pauly
Research scientist, Slimstock
Research scientist at Slimstock, an international leader in end-to-end supply chain optimization. In this role, he serves as an international thought-leader on inventory optimization and forecasting. He is a member of the advisory board of Foresight, a leading institute in the world of business forecasting and performs guest lectures at world leading universities on the intersection between supply chain planning and artificial intelligence. With his own newsletter and podcast, he aims at building the gap between theory and practice in supply chain optimization.
Johannes Setiadharma
Director at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera (SNS)
Director at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera (SNS), the distribution arm of Garudafood, since 2006 and Director of Garudafood Supply Chain since 2015. With over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, he began his career as Finance Manager and later Tax Manager, before taking on leadership roles in distribution and supply chain. Holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Airlangga University and a Master’s in Management from the University of Indonesia, bringing strong expertise in financial strategy, distribution, and supply chain management.
Ir. Fadli Hamsani

With over 15 years of experience in process engineering, industrialization, and digitalization, he is deeply involved in enabling digital transformation and smart factory programs, as well as consulting, training, and speaking on Industry 4.0 and digital supply chain initiatives at both national and global levels.

Dr. Selamat W. Hia, M.Sc
Head of Operational PK Group
Head of Operational PK Group and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner with 20+ years of experience in quality, productivity, and operations management. Holds a Doctorate from SIMT-ITS and an M.Sc. in Engineering from NTUST Taiwan, alongside international certifications including Six Sigma Master Black Belt and APICS-CPIM. Has supported numerous multinational companies in achieving Operational Excellence through TQM, Lean Six Sigma, and Kaizen, while actively contributing as a guest lecturer, book author, and international conference speaker.
