During this one-day course, you’ll learn how to use Slim4 to create realistic production plans while taking into account capacity, bills of materials, lead times and production constraints.
You’ll discover how Slim4 helps balance demand with production capacity, allowing you to improve service levels while making the most efficient use of available resources.

The Slim4 Production Planning Training is intended for Slim4 users working for a manufacturer. Following the training is only useful when production or assembling is part of the business process.
Participants should have successfully completed the Essentials of Slim4 Training before attending.
