The Basic Inventory Management course helps inventory planners to professionalize in the field of operational supply chain planning.

During this three-day course, we go through the inventory management process sequentially via the steps Assortment Planning, Demand Planning and Supply Planning & Inventory Parameters. Each stage has a number of theoretical techniques that will make you a full-fledged discussion partner in your organization.

The course will not involve our platform Slim4 but it will relate to it from time to time.
