When Nur Tunç took over as Leader of Spare Parts Marketing and Sales, one issue became immediately clear: the team was spending far too much time on manual tasks in spreadsheets.
“Colleagues were investing hours in pulling and linking data, instead of focusing on business development and improvement,” explains Nur. “We needed a smarter, more analytical tool to support planning and help us achieve KPIs around inventory management and availability.”

“We realised our availability was actually in a good state,” recalls Nur. “The real issue was excess and slow-moving inventory. Now, our priority is to reduce stock that sits for too long and to increase turnover.”

Looking ahead

The vision is to expand its use across subsidiaries and international warehouses, including those in France and Italy, and eventually bring dealers and affiliates into the same transparent, data-driven planning process.
“This project is a first for both Otokar and Koç Holding,” says Nur. “We want to demonstrate real, measurable improvements within six months and build a model that others can follow. With Slimstock’s support, I believe we can achieve this.”
