At Slimstock we work with our software Slim4 to help customers optimise their supply chain. As we are a privately owned company, we do everything ourselves. From Sales & Marketing, Training & Consulting, Data analyst & Research, and Development & Security.

Each month you will come together to discuss difficult topics within the organisation. Next to this, provide you with a great journey as young professional we also focus on team building activities, onside events and company visits. The road map of a young professional |
The life of a young professional will look different for everyone. The program consists of four blocks, and each block has its own focus. The focus of the projects you take onduring these blocks can differ basedon your personal journey. They can differ between Consultancy, Sales, Data analysis, Development, Academy or internal improvement. And could be international , as we offer our knowledge and support in more than 50 countries around the world. You are the driver of your career, you determine your focus. |
Onboarding stage
Focus on getting to know Slimstock and our product Slim4. You will learn all there is to know about Slimstock and introduce you to the basic courses of Slim4. Via onsite meetings and self-study. In addition, will you accompany other colleague to customer visits to understand more of the marked.
Beginner stage
You will spend less time in training, and more time on gaining particle expertise. Your theoretical knowledge level will be more advanced and you will start getting more responsibilities within projects. You will be less in the office and more on the road to visit customers.
Intermediate stage
Your basic understanding of theory and practices is high. Now it is time to focus more on your place within the company. You will run more projects individually from various facets.
Advanced stage
The finalizing stage of the young professional program. You will specialize yourself in a specific facet and start building a place for yourself within the team you will develop into after your young professional program.

The young professional program is focussed on newly graduates from a Master in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Operational Management.
