In the game, teams of four, representing Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Demand Planning, compete by aligning their strategies to steer their virtual business to success. Throughout the game, teams make strategic decisions around pricing, forecasting, inventory allocation, and financial planning.

As the simulation progresses week by week, every decision has a measurable impact on performance indicators such as market share, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, gross margin, and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). The result is a highly interactive and realistic environment that challenges participants to balance competing priorities, break down silos, and align around a shared plan. The structure mirrors a typical S&OP maturity journey, helping participants move from siloed decisions to collaborative planning.
