A day dedicated to innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing, featuring Slim4 updates, roundtable discussions and networking opportunities.

Milan, 8 October 2026 – Slimstock Italy hosted its second Italian Customer Day at Molinetto Country Club, a prestigious golf club just outside Milan. The event brought together customers and industry professionals for a day of discussion, knowledge sharing and exploration of key challenges in supply chain planning.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen customer relationships, share the latest developments in Slimstock’s solutions and encourage the exchange of experiences among businesses facing common supply chain challenges.

Roadmap, updates and new opportunities

The morning began with a welcome and networking session, followed by a presentation covering Slimstock’s roadmap, results and key updates. The session highlighted the latest developments in Slim4 and explored how the solution can help businesses improve their planning processes and support better strategic decision-making.

The discussions continued with three roundtable sessions focusing on key topics shaping the future of supply chain management:

  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Slim4 Data Management AI Tool
  • Business Intelligence (BI)

Each participant had the opportunity to attend two of the three roundtables, actively contributing to discussions and sharing experiences, ideas and best practices with fellow professionals.

From supply chain planning to the golf course

After lunch, the afternoon was dedicated to golf, offering participants the opportunity to connect in a more informal setting.

Guided by four professional golf instructors, attendees were introduced to the fundamentals of the sport and had the chance to put their new skills into practice on the course, regardless of their previous experience.

The afternoon concluded with an awards ceremony recognising one of the teams, followed by the distribution of giveaways and a networking aperitif.

Strengthening Customer Relationships Through Collaboration

The second Italian Customer Day reaffirmed Slimstock’s commitment to building strong, long-term relationships with its customers. By combining product updates and industry discussions with opportunities for informal interaction, the event fostered knowledge sharing, collaboration and the exchange of practical insights.

The Customer Day continues to be an important opportunity to strengthen customer engagement and promote a collaborative approach that goes beyond technology, placing people, expertise and shared experiences at the heart of supply chain improvement.
