Esprinet group chooses Slimstock to strengthen supply chain planning across southern Europe

This ambitious international project will see 200 users across Italy, Spain, and Portugal utilise Slimstock’s supply chain planning platform to transform their planning processes. Following a highly competitive selection process, the company decided to partner with Slimstock due to its robust and scalable solution.

Project Scope

At the core of this project, Esprinet will leverage Slimstock’s platform’s advanced planning capabilities to gain greater visibility and control over its supply chain. From more accurate customer forecasting powered by predictive AI to smarter multi-echelon planning across the region, the solution will enable the business to align inventory with true demand while ensuring the proper service levels for every customer segment.

By automating key processes such as purchase order optimisation and economic order quantities, Slimstock’s platform will help Esprinet improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier collaboration. At the same time, tools for event and promotion planning, as well as variant management, will ensure that stock decisions remain agile and responsive, supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all markets.
