Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager at Slimstock, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our global objectives while addressing regional market needs. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage budgets, and oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver measurable results in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and campaign management: Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align with Slimstock’s business goals and global marketing objectives. Manage integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and paid advertising. Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline channels including events, trade shows, and PR.
- Content management and optimization: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content such as blogs, landing pages, case studies, and social media posts that highlight Slimstock’s thought leadership in supply chain innovation. Ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect our brand voice and values.
- Performance analysis and reporting: Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with the global marketing team, local market specialists, designers, and content creators to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across all regions.
- Email and social media marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and manage Slimstock’s global social media presence to foster engagement and nurture leads.
- Market research and trend monitoring: Stay ahead of marketing and B2B trends, monitoring emerging technologies and best practices to keep Slimstock at the forefront of innovation.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex projects. Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, as well as working with SEO, PPC, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Skills: Strong analytical and project-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability.
