We are seeking an Academy Coordinator to join our dynamic Slimstock Academy team. You will support the Academy Manager in planning & execution, liaise with our global offices to schedule training and prepare reports based on participant feedback. You’ll play a key role in hosting trainings, offering support to participants, and gathering information to contribute to the creation of content for our knowledge platform. We seek an individual who possesses a strong service-oriented approach, communicates well, is highly organized and able to work both independently and in a diverse team environment.

Slimstock is a leader in supply chain optimization solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Consultant to join our team, helping our clients implement and optimize Slimstock’s forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management tools. This role will involve working directly with clients to ensure the successful deployment of our solution, Slim4, and drive continuous improvements in their supply chain processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Slimstock Academy Knowledge Platform including new subscriptions, reports and feedback.
  • Liaise with customers and colleagues to schedule training sessions.
  • Assist in hosting training courses and provide support with training Q&As as necessary.
  • Gathering & aligning information that can be used for content.
  • Prepare training reports based on participant attendance and feedback.
  • Work closely with the Academy Manager and the rest of the team and assist with planning and execution.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with an e-learning environment is advantageous.
