Lee Eagleton
Responsible for the current team of consultants, who deliver projects to our customers. 14 years with Slimstock, having started on the support desk, moving through technical consultancy to this current role.
My goal is to provide the consultancy team with the knowledge and resources that they require to deliver successful projects to our customers. Happy to be hands on I also enjoy traveling the country to get involved during critical moments of implementations.
Jon Ingarfield
As a Project Manager, my role is to engage with both the customer stakeholders and the various Slimstock teams (Sales, Project Delivery, Technical Support teams), to produce and agree a timeline for the implementation and adoption of Slim4, all the way from kick-off to sign-off.
Once a delivery timeline is agreed, the status of the project is proactively monitored and reported upon as it progresses, with the objective of avoiding or mitigating any bumps along the way. This is achieved by keeping close to the consultants in the Project Delivery Team, the aim of which is to take some of the essential project management and project administration tasks from their workload, allowing them to focus on the provision of the customer’s solution.
Konstantina Efraimidou
As a Consultant at Slimstock, my main goal is to ensure the successful delivery of the implementation projects all the way from kick off to project closure , working very closely with the customer on the discovery of current processes, data accuracy, system configuration, training and go live. During the different phases of the projects, I am also responsible for the communication of the tasks/ actions/ achievements/ challenges across the project team so that agreed timescales are achieved
Another big part of my role is providing training to customers who want to refresh or expand their knowledge, either via the Slimstock Academy or on an ad hoc basis, as well as working on optimisation and software upgrade projects with customers that have already been live for some time and looking for the next opportunity to improve further.
Sairam Avula
As a Implementation consultant at Slimstock, my role is to engage with the stakeholders and making sure Slim4 is implemented as per the agreed timelines as smooth as possible. I also help in assisting our customers in order to get their teams to understand the new Slim4 software & help them to build their confidence levels.
Adam Greensmith
My role as the Helpdesk Manager is to equip and support the helpdesk team that look after our customer base, with the goal of delivering a top-notch support service and having an expert team of analysts.
7 years in, I’ve come up through the junior ranks and now benefit from a detailed understanding of a wide range of technical topics. We onboard new technology very quickly, so a key focus is always to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration amongst the team.
