Inventory Optimization Minor

Join the Slimstock Inventory optimization training program and enhance your knowledge and skills in the areas of demand forecasting and inventory optimization. During this course, you will develop an operational inventory plan. You will also learn how to convincingly present this plan to management as well as how to implement it within your own organization recasting.
