Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle constructive criticism effectively. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in both digital and print design, with a preference for B2B portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Illustrate Concepts: Design examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style to visually represent our ideas.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing colleagues to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies.
  • Graphic Design: Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Review & Improvement: Review final layouts and suggest improvements to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Booth Design: Design booths for trade shows and other events, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presence.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe CS package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, for various design tasks.
  • Visual Composition: Maintain a strong eye for visual composition and detail in all design projects.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Constructive Feedback: Accept and implement feedback from team members to continually improve design quality.
  • Marketing Understanding: Apply knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design to all projects.


  • Experience: Demonstrable graphic design skills with an online and offline portfolio, preferably in B2B environments.
