In 1999 Slim4 was added to Infor software for the first time. Cito Benelux (distributor of Rittal and Phoenix Contact) had very ambitious goals: a customer service level above 99,5% for the top 5,000 articles and an overall service level of 98% for all 35,000 stock articles.
