HBO Minor Stock Optimisation
Slimstock has been specialising in inventory management for nearly twenty years. Over that period we have helped over 450 companies optimise their inventory. We achieve this by using consultants that have built up years of experience before joining us. We also use all this in-house knowledge to constantly improve our tools. This has lead to products that are best of breed and easy to use.
Having a good inventory strategy is increasingly important. Ideally supported by a training course that puts inventory issues in the context of the business strategy and develops operational actions for maximum return on working capital. Such a course simply did not exists, which is why we devised the HBO Minor in Inventory Optimisation. The course consists of ten modules over the course of a year.
Why has Slimstock developed this program? Because we have the knowledge and experience we consider it our responsibility to share it.

Costs
The cost per participant in the HBO Minor in Inventory Optimisation is € 6.000,-. For Slimstock customers it is € 4.500,-.
The WVA scheme is applicable, on condition that the participant has neither a HBO or WO Business Administration Diploma. If the participant's qualifications are insufficient, an entrance exam may be required, the cost of which is € 125,-.
