It is already over 11 years ago that the Infor system of Cito Benelux (Distributer of Rittal and Phoenix Contact) was integrated with Slim4.

They had very ambiteus goals:

• deliver 35.000 article from stock
• availability above the 99,5% for the top 5.000 articles
• an overall availability of 98%

This was achieved through the implementation of Slim4. Moreover, employee effiency increased significantly, only 3,5 FTE are now needed for the planning. Based on the excellent results in the Netherlands, Phoenix Contact decided to roll out Slim4 internationally. As part of this strategy, Slim4 is currently implemented in their subsidary in China, Japan an the USA.

Slim4 can easily interface with Baan systems. Implementation takes on average less then 25 days over a period of less than 3 months; this includes specification, adapting the interface, testing and complete user training. Significant results that can be achieved are;
